Paul is probably best known for his eclectic Jazz/Blues/Swing/Celtic band “The Shuffle Kings”. Formed in May 1996, with a history of over 10 years and 2500 shows “The Shuffle” has grown into a veritable force of quality musicians. They have recorded four albums, one live DVD and have performed over 3000 shows throughout Australia & Europe. As well as continuing to work with the Shuffle Kings, Paul has also performed with “Jim Conway’s Big Wheel. Their current CD “Little Story”, was nominated for an ARIA (Best Blues Album 2004). He is recording and playing on a new album for Steve Prestwich (drummer and songwriter for Cold Chisel), as well as recording and performing shows with founding members of The Angels, John & Rick Brewster, The Brewster Brothers.. Other artists that Paul has performed & recorded with include: Jimmy Barnes, Phil Emmanuel, Felicity Urqhart, Doug Mulray, Nathan Cavaleri, " Kevin Borich Roots 'n Blues Band", Pete Wells (guitarist Rose Tattoo), Paul Demarco, The Harlem Shuffle, Eddy Youngblood (featuring Elvis's original drummer DJ Fontana), Dave Wray (Frank Bennett), Jim Conway, Paul Kelly, Ed Kuepper, Andrew Clermont, Steve Berry, Dave Tice. Paul offer a solo or duo combo with blues showman GLEN TERRY or keyman extraordinaire: MIKE GUBB. Ideal for corporate to intimate pubs/clubs... he isn't just a show, he is the show!!!!!! In the blues foot prints of Lloyd Spiegel, Jonno Zilber’s remarkable talent belies his years. A gifted guitarist and singer, he has penned many of his own songs and does some great blues covers. This is a young man to watch, with his Col Clarkson guitar in hand, stomp box, warm voice and his on the ball stage skills. Ideal for cafes, wineries and support act for touring artists: Ross Ward, Lloyd Spiegel and he already has produced his first CD. Jonno's band appeared at the recent Goulburn Australian Blues Festival 2006 and he also performed at the National Folk Festival 2006, National Press Club, Platform 3, Old Canberra Inn and Merry Muse. Jonno is about to do a 10 gig tour of Tasmania. Great for wineries, support act to shows, clubs and pubs and festivals - a confident and talented young man who is destined to make a name for himself.
